Although it is expected and preferred that someone is
born with and maintains innocence for their entire life, I think that it is
very unrealistic to think that someone can remain this way for such a prolonged
time. Life is too cruel and it takes its toll on everyone. Second, I think that
people need to lose a small part of innocence in order to fully appreciate how
good life was when they were completely innocent.
