Forgiveness is not easily given. Unfortunately, it is
easier to hold on to anger than it is to give mercy. Sometimes giving
forgiveness is more healthy and necessary for the person giving than for the
person receiving. If an individual does not forgive then they might be the ones
to break. This quote is somewhat ironic to me because the whole them of the
movie is to kill the villain Dorothy. You would think this quote should inspire
the main character Amy Gumm to try to forgive Dorothy.
