We Have Two Selves

We have two selves: one the world needs us to be and the shadow. Ignore it, and life is forever suffering.

Although our second self may not always be as dark as a shadow, it is true that if we ignore that hidden side of ourselves, it can spread like a disease inside of us. Also if that hidden side does not stay hidden, then we could go mad because of it. I think that having a side that is just known to ourselves is healthy, as long as this side does not cause harm to other living beings.
