Dreams of Reason

It isn’t a matter of wanting it or not. It’s a matter of what you think you can accomplish. You can make a boat but you can’t make the ocean. You can make an airplane but you can’t make the air. Your powers are much less than your dreams of reason would have you believe.

Michael Crichton in “Jurassic Park”

Dreams are a wonderful thing to have but sometimes they can be just that: dreams. It's good to hope and to try to accomplish something big, but sometimes you have to be satisfied with accomplishing a little less than what you were hoping for. This does not mean you failed. Instead it means that you held on to your dream, even if you had to edit it some.
