Something about that glory, just always seemed to bore me. cause only those I really love will ever really know me. I only see my goals, I dont believe in failure, cause I know the smallest voices, they can make it major.

I think this quote is saying that the glory of being a celebrity is not important because your fans may be devoted to you, but in a smaller capacity than your friends and family, whose bond is built up with time spent with you. Also if small voices do not persist in their message, they won't be heard.
