With any daunting task, it always helps to have trusted friends, especially if that friendship is strong in the sense that the success of one friend is the success of all. I think that looking at life with the philosophy that the light and darkness cannot compliment each other is very closed minded; for literal examples stars would not be seen without the night and shade offers protection from the burning sun.
