Just Hurt and Hide

All my life I've tried to make everybody happy, while I just hurt and hide, waiting for someone to tell me it's my turn to decide. Who cares if you disagree?  You are not me. So you dare tell me who to be? Who died and made you king of anything?

If you only care about making everybody happy then no one will take the time to think about your feelings because they believe they are the only ones that matter. Sometimes if you want to receive care in return you need to give signs that you matter too.
